Twinkletoes she is not.
Kirstie Alley nearly hit the ballroom
floor again and yet Sugar Ray (the
boxing great) got the boot.
Go figure.
Can’t really blame him since most of his
life was spent holding a posture
designed to protect his noggin and body…
not dance the waltz…
But
(At least back then) he was lighter on
his feet.
Something Kirstie clearly is not.
She could change that if she wanted to.
It wouldn’t take much time out of her day.
Just a couple minutes a day while she
gets started with a simple exercise and
a $6 piece of equipment and maybe some
extra how-to tips from Vince Palko.
Hope the name of Palko’s (Linebacker
Fitness) book doesn’t scare her off.
If kids and granpdas can do this
exercise, she certainly can (that is, if
her doctor gives her the okay).
Heck, kids don’t even think of it as
exercise, as far as they’re concerned
it’s a fun game to play with friends.

adios,
Andy “tenderfoot” Moose
p.s. I am NOT a doctor. Just a guy
recommending what I think is great info
about a simple, quick exercise that
doesn’t have to be boring.
So, for the legal beagles out there,
“Please, check with your doctor before
starting any new exercise programs”
That said, I’ve bought this same book
