For one, all of us mere mortals (myself included) ought to start out
easy when starting up a new routine – especially new exercise routines.

Afterall, what good is training if a) you hate it, or b) you get hurt.

Unless you’re trying something crazy, you can avoid both of these
problems by easing into it. Even 1 minute a day to start things off
will be better than none at all.

(Side Note: ALWAYS get doctor-approval before starting new diet or
training programs)

2. Focusing on something quick and easy, like 1 minute of holding
the pushup position or a wallchair, makes it easy to get it done today,
and the next day and so on… and it sets you up for success.
String a couple days together and soon you might find it easier to do it
than to skip it.

3. Yes, you have time. If you’re just getting started – try holding a
pushup for time, or sit in a wall chair position for 60 seconds and
when you’re done you can check it of the list and call it a day.

3.5 Do this first thing in the morning to give your day a quick boost.
And one thing already marked off your list.

-Andy Moose

p.s. Pushups and Wall-Chairs are just two of many different exercises
you can do for a minute. In Matt Furey’s book Combat Conditioning -
there’s 48 bodyweight exercises – pick out some favorites to do daily
or rotate them if you like.

Check it out here – www.andymoose.com/combatconditioning

p.p.s. If you like what you see and you buy the book, I may get
a commission for recommending it to you.
That said, you might not use or like all the exercises listed in this book,
but I bet you’ll find (like I have) a handful you like to do.

It seems fitting that someone who’s built her
musical career through hard work and massive use
of online medias would be the first to crack the
9 million followers mark on twitter.

I don’t follow Lady Gaga but lately I’ve started
paying more attention to what she’s doing.

Especially as more marketers are commenting on the
promotional things she does and how business
owners can also do those things to make more sales
and have a raving customer base that looks to them
like Lady Gaga’s (affectionately named) Little
Monsters look up to her.

Sure, she’s an extreme example in many cases, but
lookit, she’s communicating on a daily basis with
her fans and customers through twitter and you’d
think she also sends out an email letter with
stories and new announcements etc…

So, in addition to buying her products (aka CD’s,
concert tickets, etc…) they’re tuned in on a
daily basis to see “What’s New”.

Imagine what it would do for your business if your
customers were looking for And Getting new info
from you on a daily (or at bare minimum, a weekly)
basis and through that communications you build up
a relationship with customers and prospects that
makes them much much more likely to come to you First,
when they’re ready to buy.

Now, twitter is all fine and dandy but it’s
limited to 140 characters (which isn’t even half
of the previous paragraph).

If you use it, great, but one thing to consider is
to regularly offer people to signup for your email
letters (like this one) where You Own the list and
you can write as often as you like.

Sending tips, stories, insider information and
special offers to your customers.

And if you know how to write emails that sell,
that’s even better.

Because not only will your customers enjoy getting
your letters, you’ll make more money.

Adios,
Andy Moose

Got this email about a week ago from Wally “The Web Guy”
and I wanted to pass it on to you.

adios,
Andy Moose

——–

Never be fired again

A few days ago a friend of mine walked into her office charged up
and ready to take on the day. She had a team of salespeople under
her and felt like she was climbing up the ladder and doing
everything that she needed to become more successful.

All of that changed within about 10 seconds of arriving.

Without any warning, she was told to pack up her stuff and get
off the premises within the hour.

She had been fired. Just like that.

This is a lady who was good at her job. In fact, she had been so
good at her job that she was promoted about a year ago to manage
the other sales people. She had been given a raise. She was
well respected around the office.

It didn’t matter.

Someone upstairs was crunching numbers, and they decided that it
was time to put the axe down.

Have you heard of any similar stories lately?

This happens all the time, in every size company. One day you
think you’re safe. The next day somebody else makes a decision
that you aren’t needed and boom – you’re out on the street.

And there’s the rub. I mean, you were good at your job. You
did what you were told. You followed directions. And still,
here you are on the street.

There’s got to be a better way.

I’m going to tell you about it today.

The problem with a “job” is that it seems secure. You show up,
do what is asked of you, and every two weeks you get paid.

That seems like a good deal.

Money in the bank, every two weeks. Life is good.

Until the axe comes down when you were least expecting it.
And now your only source of income is gone, dried up, and
you’re scrambling.

No longer is this quite the good deal. In fact, it’ s a pretty
rotten deal.

If you really look at it with a keen eye, having a job is the way
to put yourself at the most risk possible.

Think about this objectively. If you have a single employer, and
they fire you, you’re out of 100% of your income.

On the other hand, if you have 10 customers and one of them fire
you, you’re only out a portion of your entire income. You’re
still putting money in the bank, instead of scrambling.

Don’t get me wrong.

Thinking this way takes a big leap. You have to evolve.
And thinking this way is not always easy.

To reach the pinnacles of success and ensure the security that
you desire, you have to think in terms of multiple streams of
income. You have to empower yourself to attract these streams
of income.

One way to do this is to learn to do what I do for a living.
Build Money Generating Websites.

You can build websites that make money for you, and websites
that make money for your customers. And if you build enough
of these, you won’t have to work for anyone ever again.

In fact, that’s exactly how I removed myself permanently from the
employment world in November 2007, the first day of the great
recession. I took the skills that I’m about to show you, and
built website after website for happy customers around the world.

And now I want to show you how you can do the same.

A few months ago, I teamed up with my friend Ed Baran and we walked
some newbies through the step by step process of building Money
Generating Websites, just like we do. And it was a joy to see
people who have never touched a line of code in their life build
a website from scratch.

No special software or anything. Just some easy, follow along
paint-by-numbers instruction and these newbies are now running
their own websites just like a pro.

Here’s how you can too:

http://eddieandwally.com/

Reach for the top,
-Wally

P.S. — Over the next few weeks I’m going to be showing you other
valuable skills that you can take straight to the bank. Stay tuned
for some big announcements coming up really soon.

http://eddieandwally.com/

P.P.S. — The best security is to develop your own skills into
multiple streams of income, so that you never have somebody else
controlling your single source of income.
This will take you to new heights:

Been seeing a lot of chatter lately about weight loss. Maybe it’s because March tends to be the month people nudge (or flat out dump) their New Year’s resolutions into the trash.

Personally, I don’t bother with New Year’s resolutions.

I’d rather make (and meet) goals throughout the year as needed and not get tied up into thinking you have to wait til December 31st to set any Big goals.

Besides, I think people use New Year’s to complicate things too much.

When it’s much simpler to sit back and think about what you want to accomplish. What it’ll take to get there. And how good it’ll feel wehn you meet your goal and you have a bunch of momentum to carry towards another goal.

Yeah, I know it’s March already.

But it’s Only March – month 3 out of 12 – there’s still plenty of 2011 left.

And if weightloss happens to be one of your goals – there’s still plenty of time to meet your goal before summer gets here.

Walt Disney once said, “The best way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing”.

And if you want something to begin doing, to help you reach you weight loss goals, I recommend Matt Furey’s course –
Effortless Change: Weight Loss Without Will Power.

It’s not walking, running, or swimming. Instead, it’s a series of Internal Power exercises he’s learned over the years while studying Chinese martial arts and healing methods.

You can learn more about it here:
http://www.andymoose.com/effortlesschange

Moving Forward,
Andy Moose

p.s. If you do grab a copy of Matt’s course, I’ll get a commission. How’s that for honesty?

Saw a headline this morning about – staying competitive
in spite of online price transparency – or something stupid
like that.

And my first thought was why the f are you even competing
on price in the first place?

Someone’s ALWAYS going to be or become the lowest price…
until they eventually go broke (or quit).

Live by lowest price, Die by lowest price.

Do I price shop? Sure I do. Why wouldn’t I?

Esepcially if I see the same things “side by side” and the
only obvious difference is the price.

You do the same thing, don’t you?

I thought so.

But,

I’m also willing to pay more, when more (or even the
perception of) more is offered to me.

Anyways, my point is let everyone else compete on price
and struggle to make a profit while you play a different
card and reap the rewards.

“But they’re selling the same thing as me?”

So?

You can package it differently to make it an apples to
oranges comparison.

You can make it hard to price shop what you’re selling…
because you’re the only one offering it up ike you are.

For example:

Mulletts ‘R’ Us, down the street charges $10 for a haircut
and you do too.

But…

You ALSO offer (and make it your focal point of promotions)
to offer a VIP-Members club for $60 a month and those
members can come in as often as they like, get VIP scheduling
with their choice of barbers, their own waiting room…. etc…
see what i mean, no comparison.

And bigger profits for not much more effort on your part.

Think about it.

-Andy Moose

p.s. No, I haven’t tried this out myself, (how’s that for honesty)
but I’ve heard and read a couple successful biz-men talk about
how they’ve used this kind of thinking in their own biz.
The first that comes to mind is Dan Kennedy and he talks
about this kind of thinking in his book:
“No B.S. Wealth Attraction for Entrepreneurs”.

Check it out at Amazon.com

by the way, that’s a direct link to amazon, it is NOT an
affiliate link. I was going to sign up for their affiliate
program but their terms of service was too dang long.

You see a line like that in the newspapers and you don’t know whether to be shocked, impressed, or just dumbfounded.

What did I think?

I’m kind of embarrassed that Snooki has become a published author before I did.

Yeah, I know personality sells but hers is one of those books you see on the shelf and think “Really?”

And the real kick in the pants… and a little extra salt in the wounds is that 2 of her ‘co-stars’ also have books coming out soon. But I’ll spare you the misery of telling you the titles and who the “authors” are.

I can only hope that getting published was the only goal I shared with these 3 nuts.

For now it’s snooki and friends 3 – Moose 0…

adios,
Moose

p.s. no joke, I am finishing up a book. A cigar book of sorts you’ll be proud to own. More details coming soon.

Yeah sure, we’ve all slept in and wound up late for something.

I’ve been there done that a couple times – and I bet you have too.

But it probably didn’t cost you a shot at millions of dollars in prize money, did it?

So, While Furyk’s extra Zzzz’s got him disqualified from playing at Barclays… Tiger (who’s been busy with divorce, writing out big checks, looking for his golf game, etc…) showed up on time, appropriately dressed…

And…

He’s kicking butt!

The second round starts in a few hours with Tiger sharing the first-round lead at 65 strokes.

Tiger must be back in the zone – or at least darn close.

I’d venture to say he’s dusted off a copy of Psycho-Cybernetics and went straight to the section where Dr. Maltz talks about “clearing the calculator”.

With the year he’s had – he needs to do that… so he can get out on the golf course calm, collected and focused on finishing four days of golf with his name on top of the leaderboard.

Fore,
Andy

p.s. What’s that? You don’t know what I meant about clearing the calculator? No problem – you can fix that right now by going here
http://psycho-cybernetics.com/books.html – and getting a copy.

Arlen Spector the defector (one of the con-gressmen
in my state) is in for a helluva election run.

His latest accomplishment was to say he “might have
helped the country more if I’d stayed a republican.”

Which translates roughly to… I’m gonna be toast
in the election.

Reminds me of the old song where the gambler says you
gotta know when to walk away and when to run.

So, what’s this got to do with you?

Lots.

And since you’re not a member of congress, you’ve got a
real life with all it’s good and bad hands being dealt to you.

You gotta know when to hold ‘em, when to fold ‘em.

(there’s that song again)

Sometimes you take a hit and sometimes you win.

Say what you will about losing building character and
what-not… but wins feel much better.

If anything, losing does make you want to get after it again,
to win, and be unbeatable.

Like the man, Matt Furey writes about in his book.
The Unbeatable Man.

Who’s the unbeatable man? Better get his book and find
out for yourself.

http://andymoose.com/unbeatableman.html

Andy Moose

p.s. I’ve read it 3 times already and learned something
new every time. Go here to get your copy of The Unbeatable Man.

http://andymoose.com/unbeatableman.html

-yes, it’s true. I will gladly receive monetary
compensation if you buy the book through my link.
